1. THE SERVICES & DIGITAL GOODS

AF Inventions provides digital 3D models (STL/3MF files) optimized for 3D printing. All products and memberships are hosted and processed through our official Thangs page. By accessing our files, you agree to these terms.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LICENSING

All 3D models and digital files remain the intellectual property of AF Inventions (ALFI).

• Personal Use: Files downloaded under the Maker tier (or free files) are for personal use only. Sharing, redistributing, or selling the digital files or physical prints is strictly prohibited.
• Commercial Use: Selling physical prints is exclusively permitted with an active Commercial License (Master or Pro tier). You may never share or sell the digital files themselves.

3. SAFETY WARNING & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (DISCLAIMER)

AF Inventions provides purely digital files. We do not manufacture, sell, or ship any physical products. You acknowledge and agree that 3D printing, assembly, and the use of the physical objects created from our files are entirely at your own risk.

Choking Hazard: 3D printed objects are not toys. They can break, shatter, or contain small magnetic and plastic parts that present a severe choking hazard. They are strictly unsuitable for young children.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AF Inventions and its creators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, injuries, death, or property/hardware damage resulting from the use of our digital files or the physical items produced from them.

4. PURCHASES AND REFUNDS

All subscriptions and payment processing are handled entirely by Thangs. Please refer to Thangs' terms and refund policies for any billing-related inquiries. Due to the nature of digital files, all digital downloads are final.
